WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?

You may ware whatever you like for your photo session. As long as it is appropriate for the session and the Photographers are comfortable with the choice. We do ask if your session is scheduled for use of the Green or Blue Screen you try to reframe from wearing said colors.  

DO YOU EXCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

Yes, we accept all credit cards, checks or Cash payment. 

Checks can be may payable to "Chic Creek Media LLC"

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

If there is bad weather, we will reschedule your session as soon as possible.   

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

For portrait sessions, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 48-72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

For weddings and events, if the CLIENT cancels before the wedding date, Chic Creek Media will keep the retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made in writing, or by e-mail. However, if the CLIENT requires to change or postpone the wedding date.  We will do our best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within 1 year of the original event date. If we are not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.

In the unlikely event that the photographer from the COMPANY is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the COMPANY including the COVID-19 outbreak, the COMPANY will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the full refund of the retainer fee received for the EVENT(S). In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the COMPANY’s control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the COMPANY liability is limited to the return 50% of the retainer fee received for the EVENT(S). The COMPANY is not liable for the loss of images subsequent to the final delivery of all products included in the package.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES?

You will receive a copy of your digital photos on an SD card, that you will be able to download and use as you wish to make your own prints.  You may also request an online digital gallery of your session that you may share with family and friends for an extra fee. 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE THE EDITED IMAGES?

We will release a sneak preview with in 72 hours of your Photo session on our Facebook social media account.  This will consist of 1 to 5 Photos from the session. All other photos can be expected for release within 30 days from the date of phots session.  Though it should be a lot sooner than 30 days, unfortunately life does happen sometimes. Such event like family illness, emergency, technology issues, very special orders, or weather.  I feel that 30 days would be an acceptable amount of time if said issues were to happen.
